Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Custom, personalized, or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.

🔁 Exchange Option

  • Need a different size or color? We offer exchanges for eligible items within 7 days.

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is received.

  • Email us at Orders@c4allstardesigns.com and we can check on if we have the exchange you request in stock. 

💰 Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for the refund to process.

📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at returns@c4allstardesigns.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll respond with instructions within 24 hours and a will evaluate and send out a return shipping address.

  3. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

📸 Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, email us at orders@c4allstardesigns.com within 3 days with clear photos. We’ll make it right—fast.
